tiny suggestion for DAML-S

To the DAML-S team:

For the next release, could you please remove all the hard-coded
namespaces, like

"http://www.daml.org/2001/03/daml+oil#Thing"

and replace them with

"&daml;#Thing"

These have made my life miserable a couple of times :)
