Related to MessageTest-1G document, I have the following comment with 
the specification.
Currently, the soap fault code property can take any qname value.
It is fine for soap 1.1 but soap 1.2 constraints the qname value to be 
in a set of 5 predefined QNames.
It would be good if we could put an assertion to the spec stating that 
if soap1.2 is engaged the fault code qname must be in the predefined 
QName set.
