Hi Kashif, there was a draft produced in September and sent to the mailing list - http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-ws-desc/2005Sep/att-0046/wsdl-rdf.ht ml__charset_ISO-8859-2 (the encoding is wrongly detected by W3C site but it's a minor problem), and an updated version will soon be published as the first Working Draft by the WG.
