WSDL1.1: Minor change request proposal: mandatory attribute name in the definitions element.

Hi

In the current WSDL 1.1 specification,
http://www.w3.org/TR/wsdl , the attribute "name" of the
element <definitions> is optional.

When there are more than one webservices specified by many wsdl files
supported by a single webserver, it could be useful to have a way to
distinguish them. The name attribute seems to be at the right level for this
separation. That is why, I am proposing to change the attribute "name" from
optional to mandatory.

This change request could be also proposed for WSDL 2.0 with the
 reinstantiation of the "name" attribute which has diseappeared in 2.0
