i took an action item at last week's telcon to investigate the status
of issue 107, regarding the binding of arrays into schema:
http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/%7Echeckout%7E/2002/ws/desc/issues/wsd-issues.html#x107

i sent in a proposal for examples for binding data structures
to code which included discussion of arrays:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-ws-desc/2004May/0007.html

afaict, this didn't elicit any discussion, either on the mailing list or during
meetings. i therefore propose we quickly review this proposal as to its suitability
for the WSDL primer, before possibly dismissing it.
