Re: Other suggested editorial changes

Guys, relax. Please don't think that there's some subtle attempt
to change the spec here!! Yes, what's normative MUST remain normative,
whether its in a "Note" section or not. If the "Note" concept doesn't
feel normative enough let's change it to a more normative form.

I have no problem with leaving things as is. David, are there any
non-normative notes that prompted you to make this comment? If so
let's mark those as non-normative notes and leave the others as-is.
