I would support the introduction of event mechanism in WSDL 1.2.
My big concern however is that it would embrace binding and we may have to
provide guarantees around delivery of such events, maintenance of state
information related to subscription and events lifetime, etc.

I would like to introduce an event mechanism .. I think the main
question is whether one can be introduced within the scope of 1.2
(instead of 2.0) - basically the question is one of what it will
take to introduce an event mechanism.
