As you point out, there are many concerns surrounding events. I don't think we can add them and pretend we are doing a WSDL 1.2.
 
I would prefer we do them for a later (2.0) WSDL.

	I would support the introduction of event mechanism in WSDL 1.2.
	My big concern however is that it would embrace binding and we may have to
	provide guarantees around delivery of such events, maintenance of state
	information related to subscription and events lifetime, etc.
