Agreed, but we have to pick one, or else we're not going to accomplish
much.

Our working definition of architecture and reference architecture is more
in line with my suggested terminology, than those of Boehm or others.
It's also in line with Fielding;

Personally, I'd like to see us adopt Fielding's terminology verbatim.
