[w3c-wsa] suggesion: prefix the subject line

Hi all,

I'd like to suggest when starting a new thread, the subject
title SHOULD be prefixed with [w3c-XXX] where XXX indicates
working group relevance.  The subject line of this message
serves as an example.

I've found this scheme working very well with some IETF WGs.
