That's right, the description is now

   <rtest:description rdf:parseType='Literal'>This is the classic 3 SAT
problem.</rtest:description>

but the original description is still in the manifest,
be it as an rdfs:comment (couldn't find another solution).
It is a good idea to maybe add a pointer, don't know, maybe
