Regrets for this telecon, since I'm at a SWAD-E meeting in Amsterdam. Dave
De Roure has indicated that he'll try and make the telecon, but he has time
constraints so may not be present for the entire meeting.

Regarding the PR vote, and if Dave is not present for the vote, Southampton
gives its vote to the chair (as proxy); we support the request for move to
PR (with the proviso regarding Test raised by Jim in [1]).
