describe Holger Knublach's implementation of an OWL plugin for 
Protoge.  Some in the group may be interested -- also, perhaps, 
interesting is that unlike what the Protege folks guessed back at our 
f2f in Manchester, this implementation supports OWL DL (reasoning 
still being added, but it should generate DL).
