Update: XML presentation syntax (Appendix E of OWL Reference)

Attached are the XML presentation syntax document (Appendix E of OWL
Reference) and a ZIP archive of the Schemas for OWL Lite/DL/Full.
Revisions since the last version [1] is listed in the Change Log section at
the end of the attached HTML doc.

I have just included several examples of fragments written in
the presentation syntax.  However, it may be better to include
such presentation syntax examples in the appendix of Guide.
