actually, the converter may not be current on all the changes made in 
the few weeks (my student tries her best to track what we do, but 
somethings are tricky).  Also, I suspect most of the ontologies we 
create will be in OWL Full, because we have not yet added 
annotationTypes and other typing properties that may aeventually be 
needed.  We expect to deal with remaining issues during the LC period
