status of issues 2.2 and 2.3

It appears to me that the issue list is incorrect. 

Issue 2.3 is listed as closed, but the pointed-to message,
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-webont-wg/2002May/0256.html,
refers to Issue 2.2.  The minutes pointed to,
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-webont-wg/2002Jun/0055.html,
refers to 2.3.

I propose that both 2.2 and 2.3 should be closed, with the same reasoning
for both.
