I've done DanC's stateCode testcase (and used his authorship)

I've used Jeremy's nice WebOnt WG: Test Case Editor

and Jena 1.6.0 as RDF/XML to N3 triples converter
I also ran the test successfully with Euler.

This issue was resolved at the Bristol f2f
