Bristol ftf record updated; done, no?

OK, I made some updates
  - guide breakout notes from Mike S
  - imports clarification from Welty
  - cited deb's notes on spec comments
  - added Enrico to attendance

I'm still missing slides from Volz on
OWL Lite in Datalog, but given the PDF
paper is in the www-webont-wg archive
(and cited from the meeting record), I can
live without it.

So I think this is good enough:
