My intention expressed in the last conf-call didn't make it to the list.

I had intended to make 4. primary (and 1. secondary) but since there are 10
people in 4. and 9 in 1., I will make 1.  LANG primary and 4. GUIDE
secondary. By this logic I ought to sign up for semantics, however I am sure
I would introduce paradoxes left and right, and this would take too much
time to resolve :-)
