Jeff, a couple notes about the "status" section...

First, critically, the document is *not*, yet,
a W3C Working Draft. So please put
  [not yet]
or something in there... ala


  "This is [not yet!] a W3C Working Draft for review
  by W3C Members and other interested parties."

Also, stuff from the intro like

  "The working group has not reached consensus on all topics, therefore
particular features may be described as open issues that are still under
discussion, i.e. the objectives section."

belongs in the status section. (you can put
it in both places, but be sure it's in the
status section).


The status section of W3C documents is *not*
boilerplate. Please do your best to see
that it reflects the true status at each
step.
