The first face-to-face of the Web Ontology (WebOnt) Working Group will be
14-15 January. It will be held at Bell Labs in Murray Hill, New Jersey.
The best airport to go to is Newark (EWR).

Things to do NOW:

1/ Let me know whether you will attend. This information can be tentative,
but I would like to know now so that I can get the right room. Right now I
have a room that holds 20 at the main table, and about 35 overall.

2/ Let me know which kind of hotel room you want. There are two choices, a
more-expensive, but closer one (the Murray Hill Inn in New Providence, New
Jersey, at well over $100 per day, even with discount), and a
less-expensive one (the Howard Johnsons in North Plainfield, New Jersey, at
well under $100 per day), but further and with fewer amenities. The Murray
Hill Inn is within walking distance of Bell Labs and has several decent
restaurants nearby. The Howard Johnsons is about 5 miles away and does not
have any restaurants close by.

3/ Let me know your nationality, so that I can make arrangements to get you
cleared to get into the facility. Access to the facility is much easier if
I have this information well in advance. You may have to provide picture
identification to get into the facility.

More information, including travel directions, will be available soon. I'm
not sure exactly how the hotel rooms will be worked. I expect that we will
have some sort of evening event planned, with food. I will try to
accommodate most nutritional requirements, which probably means Indian
food. I expect to have internet access available in the meeting room, but
I don't yet have a commitment from the computer support people on this.

Please fill out the form below and sent it back to me.
Here is my version of the information, as an example
