W3C hs just published last call working drafts for the speech synthesis and speech grammar specifications: http://www.w3.org/TR/speech-synthesis http://www.w3.org/TR/speech-grammar In addition there is a brand new specification for stochastic language models based upon N-Grams: http://www.w3.org/TR/ngram-spec Your comments are welcomed.
