0.8.6 release missing

Hi,

It looks like when 1.0 of the W3C validator was released, the 0.8.6
version was deleted from the archive (perhaps a hardlink set up for
the unversioned tarball?).  If someone could please put the 0.8.6
release back in the dist archive, that would be much appreciated.
