Feed Validator notes need update

Hello,

the document <URL:http://validator.w3.org/feed/about.html> should be
updated.

* Section <URL:http://validator.w3.org/feed/about.html#how> still refers
to “draft-ietf-atompub-format-11”; this is now RFC 4287.

* The link for downloading from CVS in section
<URL:http://validator.w3.org/feed/about.html#where> leads to a
SourceForge.net error page, because the FeedValidator project no longer
uses CVS, but has switched to SVN, see
<URL:http://sourceforge.net/projects/feedvalidator/develop>.

A suggested patch for these two changes is attached.
