[VE][127] Dont understand

This script was generated using Dreamweaver 8, I have looked at all
possible solutions but can not resolve this validation error.

The Error pertains to an Image within an Url tag, this is needed to
link a post to its relevant RSS Feed.

Any help would be appreciated.
