I do not complain because ISO-8859-1 is the default encoding
in the current edition of RFC 2616.

I complain about this illogical behaviour of the validator:

- First it assumes "charset=utf-8".

- Then it immediately states that this is impossible.

Do you see any logic in this behaviour?
