It isn't talking about &PHPSESSIONID (or whatever PHP uses by default
which is similar to that). Are you sure that URL is being generated by
one of the built-in functions in PHP? If not, then its automatic
argument seperator code is likely being bypassed by code inside the
script you are working on, and that is the code you need to fix.
