Re: New Installation says XMLNS invalid

I though my post was lost!
The headers i picked as-is from w3.org itself. they have no problem.
Problem is that validator is not installed correctly and therefore, it
cannot check correctly.
I fear that sgml parser has possible problems. I can't find what. It is 1.5+
