sgml-lib

Guys/Gals,

There is a block in validator.conf as shown below; however, I can not
find this sgml-lib in my $Base/htdocs/. What should I do?

    #
    # The SGML Library Path.
    Library = $Base/htdocs/sgml-lib

    Parser = /usr/bin/onsgmls
