No, the 3 errors are *invalid* because the *validator* tells you so! 
The fact that some browsers support them is completely irrelevant to the 
concept of validation.  Browsers support a lot of invalid, proprietary 
extensions that are not defined in any HTML version, but that does not 
make them valid!
