I used the validater to check that my webpage had proper HTML 4.01 Transitional encoding. It's only beef with my page, which it repeated dozens of times, was that 'end tag for element "LI" which is not open.' In each of these situations, the end tag was preceded with a start tag, so I don't know what the problem is, or how to fix my page. Could you please help me?
