Thanks, I'll check with the my server host. My local copy does have all
&amp;'s, yet I publish and they disappear. I have gone as far as deleting
all the files on the server and republishing the whole site package.
Strange...I don't have the same problem with &copy;

I suspect you've missed the republishing step.  Looking at the source for
that page, I can't find &amp; used anywhere at all.  If you are sure that
you have changed them already, you need to look into why your server is not
outputting the correct version of the file.
