Validate Your Markup Error

  I get this error from my desktop I run Windows XP SP2. If I remove SP2
everything works fine.
  I work for the federal government and must have SP2 install on my
system. When I contacted Microsoft they confirmed the problem and closed
the Ticket by asking me to put it on there wish list to be fixed.

Do you have a work around or fix for Windows XP PRO SP2?
