link colors need to be set

Hi Validator Crew:

Thanks for the great resource.

The http://validator.w3.org/ site sets the background and text colors, but 
doesn't indicate colors for a:link or a:visited.  Thus, the links aren't 
guaranteed to show up in a colors contrasting with the background.

Can you please add these two items to base.css?
