checklink: recursively only on own site

The W3C Link Checker is a very useful service.

But the option "Check linked documents recursively"
should provide the possibility, only to check links in
documents on the same site as the originally entered document.

Reason: Typically one does not want to check links in documents
of other people, because one cannot correct their errors.
