Installing from cvs HEAD - feedback

A few points... hope you find them useful, and I'm not dupeing too much from the
archives.

1. Validating HTML 4.01 Transitional is shown as HTML 4.01 Frameset.  See
types.conf.patch

2. validator.conf seems to, by default, reference (the non-existent) "types.cfg"
instead of "types.conf".  See validator.conf.patch

3. The links for jumping directly to the correct line in "show source" output
are broken.  See opt_show_source.tmpl.patch

4. Finally, a patch for persisting the state of the six checkboxes: see
persist-options.patch
