Yes, as well as making these tools available for all static pages on
validator.w3.org. i.e. add ",text" or ",tablin" onto the end of any page URL.

Hmmm. That's certainly something we should consider. I'm somewhat loath to
fiddle with this particular bit of code — it's a bit messy and prone to be
broken every time we touch it, unfortunately — and the comma-links are there
mainly as a workaround for our inability to make it work for the CGI output
the way it does for static pages.

I'll have a look at it and see what I can come up with.
