checklink: verbose screeens even when not wanted

When only an error summary is wanted, the report should
only indicate pages reviewed and not  the blah blah --- ok
part...  ie valid stuff generates nothing but name of file
leaving any bad page sticking out like sore thumb....   right
now on hundred page site there is so much to wade thru to
get to error messages ....
