checklink: warning on shtml file

My homepage at http://home.cogeco.ca/~ve3ll/home.htm   has a 
pointer to  http://www.eweek.org/index.shtml  which brings up 
a 403 -- no permission flag
However the site is accessible thru that pointer with no problem!

Also if i reduce the href to  http://www.eweek.org/ i still get the
same error even though the page continues to access ok.

Since this is only way of accessing this site and the fact that red
usually is a strong alert, perhaps 403 errors should be raising a
 YELLOW flag and the help message be changed to MAY need fixing....
