Error with URI. . .

Hey,

I'm trying to validate my page for XML and I keep getting this error with a
link:

a.. Line 76, column 50:
  ... td34.com/forums/index.php?param%5Baction%5D=forum&param%5Bforumid%5D=7
...
                                                        ^
Error: unknown entity "param"

a.. Line 76, column 50:
  ... com/forums/index.php?param%5Baction%5D=forum&param%5Bforumid%5D=74"
                                                        ^
Error: reference not terminated by refc delimiter

I have no clue how to fix it, so if anyone else knows how to it would be
greatly appreciated.
