Subject: Notes on delayed mail

When someone sends mail to the list from an address that isn't on
the list, it gets bounced to me for approval (to cut down on spam.)

I just found a mailbox I didn't know I had and approved some old
messages, which is why you may be seeing some mail show up with
old dates. Sorry for the delay...
