The messages are somewhat messy and confusing, as the CSS Validator is 
obviously trying to say that something does not exist in CSS 2.1 but exists 
in CSS 3, but it fails to say it understandably.

Anyway, if you click on "More Options" and then select "CSS level 3" in the 
"Profile" menu, you get "No Error Found"-
