Both are types of media for CSS. Stylesheets can either apply to any  
media, or target specific media such as "screen", "handheld" etc.

"Embossed" is a tactile media, a little like braille but unlike  
braille, the embossed presentation is given on a page-by-page basis  
and not continuously.

"Presentation" is the medium that applies to e.g projectors.
