I would like to add that the problem/bug of this thread
has not yet been fixed in  http://qa-dev.w3.org:8001/css-validator/

Instead of the Russian word "šrift" (5 letters), there are
10 question marks shown - one question mark for each byte
in the UTF-8 representation of "šrift".
