CSS cannot handle inlined files

CSS validator cries like hell on inlined files. Meanwhile I believe they
are OK and also seems to be handled really well on all possible tested
browsers from IE6+, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Konqueror.
 
http://pligg.jes.ee/default.css does not validate at all. I think it is
a missing feature.
