Validator timed out

While trying to validate a common CSS file (part of a common thickbox code: http://jquery.com/demo/thickbox/) The CSS validator gives out an error:
"Servlet has thrown exception:javax.servlet.ServletException: Timed out"
This happens with the .css file on my own website and the official one on the thickbox website found at http://jquery.com/demo/thickbox/thickbox-code/thickbox.css
