CSS Validator Page: Possible bug

I'm not subscribed to the www-validator-css list so I'm passing this
potential bug onto you.

I recieve the following error when I try to check an uploaded css file
for validation (using Validate by File Upload on the css-validator): 

Target: No file
I/O Error: You have send an invalid request. 

I received this error when using MS Internet Explorer and Mozilla 1.6.
