CSS Validation

Hello,

I am trying to validate by css file.  I go through the process and the validator returns a message stating there are no erros/warnings.

Does this mean that my file is valid?  I have used the html/xhtml validator and it gives an explicit message when the a file is valid.  

Can you help?
