Debugging a constant CSS validation error message?

No matter what I do to my CSS files, I always get the following
error when I run the validator:

     I/O Error: Unknown mime type : application/x-pointplus 

No matter what I have in a css file, even if it's:

    p{}

I always get this message.


I'm beginning to think the error is with the validator and not
with my CSS files.  I think I first started seeing this
error during the winter.

Any ideas?
