N.Y. Harbor, "Lel Bruce Peto" updating spot market for gasoline this week. 
It could fluctuate by more than 10cts gal, sources believe, and it may do 
so independent of the December screen.  There is plenty of foreign gasoline 
coming in time to make it for the December delivery but questions remain 
about whether traders can find the bbls to facilitate this month's 
delivery. RFG prices in the 90's last week could give way to values of over 
$1.00 gal, or of less than 85cts gal, some pundits warn. It's that 
uncertain of a situation. Other markets may continue to see large
premiums..as of 11-4..
